Lullaby Lane by Websters Inspiration - Sweet Angel

I recently received some Lullaby Lane papers including a piece of  patterned Vellum from the Shop.  Here is the layout I created.

By doing a lot of fussy cutting with the vellum and papers I created the background to the photo.  The vellum creates a softness to the layout which is great for baby photos.  I have also cut one of the measurement pieces from the paper and pleated it to create some paper ribbon under the journalling area. Adding a touch of Kindyglitz, prima flowers and American Craft alphas finishes the layout off nicely.
