Celebrating 50 years of True Love

My in-laws recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. We had a family lunch and I took lots of precious photos of all the family together. This page is for Sophies album. She looks so cute and comfortable snuggled up on Omas knee. My in-laws are Dutch and I thought that the little houses in this Echo Park collection looked like little Dutch houses in Amsterdam (Hence the strip under my main photo). I used a sheet of die-cut paper from another paper range as a template to cut the background sheet and I made the satin flower myself (I am really enjoying making my own flower embellishments for my LOs at the moment. There are so many different ways achieve this. The upper border is punched using another Martha Stewart punch from my excessive collection :)
Thanks again for looking
