Scotties Twelve Plus One days of Christmas - day two

Today sees another one day special on very important product for crafters - ADHESIVES have a massive 35% off all day online and in store.

 

Adhesives are one of the basic products crafters use - a must have even if it is is not pretty as that packet of flowers around the corner! Not only can you use your adhesive in the traditional way you can use it to decorate your creations and bring dimension to your creation.

I have created this tag with various adhesives, glitter, and Graphic 45 papers.  The picket fence has been created with a Martha Stewart punch, Jac Paper and some glitter. Firstly create your tag and give the smaller tag some dimension with foam dots. I have distressed the edges and inked them with Tim Holtz walnut stain distress ink. Punch out the picket fence using Jac Paper. Adhere the fence to the tag and remove the paper from it to reveal the adhesive then just sprinkle on some glitter. Shake off the excess glitter and finish your tag off with a flower (in the sample the flower is made with the smallest flower on the tattered flower die from Tim Holtz) and some crystalina kindy glitz on the fairy's wings.

 

After the tag was created I incorporated it into a layout using the same  Jac Paper technique on the layout itself.
