Santa's List Collection by Kaisercraft Layout

Hi, Louise here with a layout made with the new Santa's List Collection by Kaisercraft.  This is one of their new releases ready for your Christmas projects.

I started my layout with a sheet of white cardstock.  I placed a stencil over the corners and sprayed with mist, in the photo I have used a darker mist than what is on the layout to show detail better.....
I masked off the surrounding areas so the spray didn't go adrift where I didn't want it.  I flicked the cardstock with red and green mist on a paintbrush liberally all over the background....

You can see above that on the bottom left corner I have flicked the stencil over to get the reverse image while the mist was still wet.

Next I layered my papers and photos with a minimal amount of adhesive, just enough to keep things in place when I sew around the edges of the layers with a mix of zig zag and straight stitch with my machine.

Here is a close up of the stitching on the layers...

next I added my embellishments including stickers from the Santa's List sticker sheet, Santa's List collectables and enamel dots.  The next part was a bit tricky but turned out looking fabulous.  I used my anti static pad over the cardstock in the areas where I placed the enamel dots, the I put a largeish dot of clear glue, I scooped up some stickles dry glitter and poured it  onto the wet glue....

Once they were dry they are clear and very shiny.....

And then the  finished product ......

Thanks loads for joining me today, be sure to drop by the Scottie's Shop and check out all the lovely new Christmas Collections,  happy scrapping :)
