A fun, easy layout to scraplift! Look for a favourite photo, get out your circle dies, a mask and some paint and off you go!
Dies I have used here, include Spellbinders scallop circles and circle heart, a Couture Creations doily and a Die- Versions doily. Find loads of great circle dies, under 'Cutting Dies' on the website, or just click HERE.
To make the circle of dots, I used a dot stencil which I masked with the cut-out left from the Spellbinders scallop circle. Then, I just used some iridescent medium mixed with paint. (Loved the effect!)
