My DT kit included the cool Studio Calico papers, rub ons, wood veneer shapes and awesome spray inks. I love the coverage they give, quite different from the glimmer mists.
Here is a small 6x6 canvas I made using the gorgeous plastic doilies Scotties stocks. I used them as texture with gesso for the base of the background, then I cut the middle out of another one and made the 2 larger flowers. I sprayed the blue one with the SC spray ink and painted the pink one with pink acrylic paint (just rubbed paint over with my finger, lol). The wood veneer shapes for the small flower are sprayed with the Studio Calico Bluegrass Spray ink (base) and painted pink (top). They are so versatile. I esp love the butterfly shapes in the LO below.
This LO also features the new Cherry Lynn Designs Kiwi Enchantment Doily Die. How cool are these dies!! And they work so well in the Cuttlebug. These are sprayed with the Studio Calico spray inks, note the smooth all over coverage. Plastic doilies again and the wood veneer button shapes, one covered in patterned paper and the other embossed with glittery orange embossing powder.
The veneer butterfly shapes are, one sprayed with the Studio Calico Bluegrass Spray Ink and wrapped with bakers twine for the body, second one rubbed with Vintage Photo Distress Stain. This stuff is fantastic. Just swipe it on your project for quick easy coverage, great for colouring larger areas, and just build up colour by adding layers. The last butterfly has one of the Studio Calico butterfly rub ons on it. Beautiful easy to use rub ons.

stunning card and LO. I especially love the backgrounds that you have created and the misted edge to your LO!
